2. Products & Services

We sell handmade and custom made products, including personalised items created to customer specifications.

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

We make every effort to display colours and designs accurately, however slight variations may occur due to screen settings, materials, and production processes.

3. Custom & Personalised Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalisation details, including spelling, wording, and design choices.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded unless faulty.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Orders will not be processed until payment has cleared.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Production & Delivery

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and workload.

Delivery times are not guaranteed once items have been dispatched. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

We only deliver to addresses located within the United Kingdom.

6. Returns & Refunds

Custom and personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, branding, and content created by The Crafty Divergent remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Customers must ensure they have the legal right to use any images, text, or designs they provide for custom orders.

We are not responsible for copyright or trademark issues relating to customer-supplied content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Crafty Divergent shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Delays in delivery once dispatched

  • Customer errors in personalisation or order details

  • Colour variations or minor cosmetic differences

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including inappropriate content, abusive behaviour, or suspected misuse of our services.

10. Privacy

Any personal information provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used only for order processing and communication.
