Refund policy

All custom made and personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Because these products are created specifically to your requirements (including names, wording, colours, images, or other personalised details), they cannot be resold once produced. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for custom or made-to-order items once production has started.

Please check your order carefully

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Spelling, wording, and personalisation details are correct

  • Design choices and product selections are accurate

  • Delivery details are correct

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for errors provided at the time of ordering.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged

If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A description of the problem

If the fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Colour and appearance

Please note that colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes. This does not qualify as a fault.
